1. Conditions for Refunds
We will offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances:
Incorrect Booking:
You may cancel your appointment with no penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply.Late Cancellation:
In the rare case that your food arrives spoiled or unfit for consumption, please notify us immediately and return the unopened items. We will issue a full refund.No-Show:
If you miss your appointment entirely without notification, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price will apply.2. Items Not Covered by Refund Policy
We cannot offer refunds for partially completed services.
We cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the service provider (therapist), as preference is subjective.
We cannot offer refunds for allergies or medical conditions that were not communicated at the time of booking.
3. Refund Process

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
4. Processing Time for Refunds
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
