Confirmed appointments signify that your therapist is reserved for your service and cannot be cancelled without a fee.

If you need to cancel your confirmed appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund. You can cancel your appointment by replying to your appointment confirmation email.
3. Cancellations After Confirmation (Less Than 24 Hours)
